"Welcome to Eason Brick! We’re thrilled you’re here to join the fun of custom minifigures. By placing a pre-order with us, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions—our little rulebook to keep everything smooth and happy for everyone. Let’s dive in:
- Pre-Orders: We’re a pre-order business, which means your unique minifigures are made-to-order with lots of love! Production takes 1-3 months after your order is placed, depending on demand and our crafting schedule. We’ll keep you updated, but please note timelines are estimates—good things take time!
- Payment: Full payment is required upfront to secure your pre-order. We accept PayPal via our secure checkout. All prices are in HKD, and what you see at checkout is what you pay (plus shipping—more on that below!).
- Shipping: Once your minifigures are ready, we ship from Hong Kong. Shipping starts at HKD 120, with final costs based on your location (shown at checkout). Delivery takes 5-10 business days in Hong Kong or 10-15 business days internationally. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier hiccups, but we’ll do our best to help!
- Cancellations & Refunds: Since each pre-order is custom-made, we can’t offer cancellations or refunds once production starts (usually within 48 hours of your order). If something’s wrong with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), let us know within 7 days of delivery at info@easonbrick.com, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Product Details: We aim to make every minifigure awesome, but as handmade items, slight variations might happen—think of them as extra personality! Colors and details may also look a bit different on your screen vs. in hand.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: We pack with care, but if your order gets lost or arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@easonbrick.com. We’ll work with you and the carrier to sort it out!
- Intellectual Property: Our designs are our pride and joy, so all Eason Brick creations are copyrighted. Your pre-order is for personal use—please don’t reproduce or sell them without our permission.
- Liability: We’re here to bring happiness, not headaches! Eason Brick isn’t liable for any indirect damages or misuse of our products. Use your minifigures responsibly—they’re for fun, not fighting!
- Changes to Terms: We might update these terms as our little business grows. Any changes will be posted here, and we’ll let you know if they affect your pre-order.
- Governing Law: We’re based in Hong Kong, so these terms follow Hong Kong law. Any disputes? Let’s chat first—we’d rather solve it with a smile!
