"At Eason Brick, we’re crafting your custom minifigures from scratch with heaps of excitement, and since we’re a pre-order business, every masterpiece takes a little time to come to life! Here’s how it all works:
- Production Time: Each pre-order is a labor of love, handmade just for you! It takes us 1-3 months to design, create, and perfect your unique minifigures. We’ll keep you posted along the way because we’re just as thrilled as you are!
- Shipping Time: Once your minifigures are ready, they’ll ship out from Hong Kong. Delivery takes 5-10 business days within Hong Kong, or 10-15 business days for international destinations. Your little characters are almost home!
- Shipping Costs: Shipping starts at HKD 120, with the final cost based on your location—you’ll see it all at checkout. It’s the last step to bringing your order to your door!
- Tracking: As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Keep an eye on your inbox!
- Where We Ship: We’re proud to ship worldwide from Hong Kong—whether you’re nearby or on the other side of the planet, we’ve got you covered.
